We have been seeing in the last decades scientists working hard to develop new technologies to explore the space.
This is a great challenge because we need a lot of time to study astronomy. Furthermore the space program is expensive.
In 1969 we launchedthe first space mission to the moon. This is a historic moment in our life because the man steps on the moon for the first time.
After that scientist have been improving the studies and developing a populate space station. where a man can live for several months in the space.
Many experiments could be conducted in space station laboratories. Animals will be brought up into space to study the effects of weightlessness.
The goals are to find other planets that have condition to mea survive. To find water is the thing most important thing because we don’t have conditions to live without it. Another thing is the oxygen. We need to find a kind of mineral that is possible to extract oxygen.
We have been trying to find water on Mars, on the moon and when we find it, it can be possible for man to live out side of the earth.

Stress
The stress is the result of a reaction that our organism has when stimulated for unfavorable external situations . The first thing that happens is a disturbance in our organism.
How does it happen?
The time has been passing very fast we have the impression that we don’t get to do all the things that we plan in the day.
The information arrives very fast for us, we don’t finish to do one thing however other thing arises, we always have more things to do than time to execute these tasks.
The principal responsibility is the work, people expend the most part of their day worrying about things to solve in the work.
New things have been appearing all the time in our life, the competition is very hard and we always need to developed our knowledge, to have conditions to compete in the work market.
To find more time we cut our time to leisure, to practice sports, and we don’t eat very well etc
If this process extends for a long period of time and we don’t find a form to relax we will have a problem with our health.
The doctor calls the principal illness of modern life of stress.
Stress weakens the resistance of our body opening the door to other illnesses that attack our organism.
Stress has caused changes in the behavior of people; we see a lot of people nervous, without patience.
We live in a society that gives a lot of importance for material things and forces people to rush all the time to search these goals.
The fight for the stress is not easy, however we have some aspects that lessen the effects and help a lot.
Make exercises all week relives the tension caused by stress.
Find a hobby to do helps to distract the attention and lessen the tension.
To eat better
To take a vacation at least one time for year.

What happen with my memory?
After I have forget some thing that I consider import recently , like my card in the bank 24hour, I stayed worry and decide to make survey about the issue.
Memory is a faculty of remembering and same aspects have to be consider for your memory work normal.
With a lot of thing to remember, it’s difficult you don’t forget what you need to do in the last five minutes ago.
Stress ? It’s not the only responsibility, the big quantity of information one of the characteristic more visible in the modern life, here or in other country, to affect our ability to remember.
The new in the newspaper, the report in the TV and magazine, the information in the internet, represent a big quantity of information that looks like larger than we can store in our mind.
The doctors study the problem and give a name to this. Syndrome of fatigue of information. When we have a lot of information to process, stay difficult to concentrate in the thing that is really important to remember. The problem is not to forget, but to assimilate the information .
Now I see that light forget can do normal in the life that we have, and we only need to administrate best the quantity and quality of the information that is really import for us. We can start reduction the present in front of the TV, that bring a lot of bad information for our mind.
