The time has been passing very fast we have the impression that we don’t get to do all the things that we plan in the day.

New things have been appearing all the time in our life, the competition is very hard and we always need to developed our knowledge, to have conditions to compete in the work market.
To find more time we cut our time to leisure, to practice sports, and we don’t eat very well etc
If this process extends for a long period of time and we don’t find a form to relax we will have a problem with our health.

Stress weakens the resistance of our body opening the door to other illnesses that attack our organism.
Stress has caused changes in the behavior of people; we see a lot of people nervous, without patience.
We live in a society that gives a lot of importance for material things and forces people to rush all the time to search these goals.
The fight for the stress is not easy, however we have some aspects that lessen the effects and help a lot.
