The quality problem concentrate in our supplies for the several countries.
To solve and attack this problem with the quality of the material we need to reduce the number of supplies, a thing we need centralize in 3 supplies, this number I consider worse than the number that we have today, because we can supervise with more efficiently. Training our workers to check the material with more carefully.
Although in the fist moment represent a increase of the cost, we win with the high level of quality to introduce ours product.
With this action we can reduce and recover damages caused with the cancelled order, and reduce cost with the number of workers involve to control the quality in several countries.
The problem with responding to customer can solve with a develop of one channel of communicate that centralize every business connection and have conditions to respond and attend quickly the necessity of the clients.
The problem with design we can solve with increase the team-spirit and contact with every ours designers, at the moment they don’t meet each other.

Nowadays some kind of work permits that the employee don’t be present in the company to execute, in other words he can execute in her house example.
I have been seeing a lot of employ that works in their home office and after conclude his service submit for the client the result.
We have people work in the line of production, this kind of active need that the employs to be present full time inside de company, because the process are execute inside the company . However others kind of work how development area, don’t need the employee presents full time in the company, in this case he can works in your home or other place that give condition to develop the work.
We can consider stay full time in the company, how a lost of time, because in the major of the case the worker don’t expend all this time with the tasks of the interest of the company .
I have visit some companies and have been seeing workers made other thing that don’t have relation with the work, things how to navigates the internet or talk with worker.
Year ago we don’t have the ease to communicate how internet and cellular and we can justify to maintain full time the worker in the company.
Nowadays we have total condition to keep a good communication between people that don’t stay together in the same place.
I know that in several case the presence are irreplaceable but in other case on video conference can solve the problem.
