Dry law

The term can also apply to the periods in the histories of the countries during which the prohibition of alcohol was enforced.
The dry law is popular denomination of the official prohibition of the manufacture, transportation, import, export, and sale of alcoholic beverages
that was restricted or illegal and forbidden for the authorities.
In the United States the denomination become famous after the forbidden had been had to adopted for the government in 1919 (nineteen nineteen) , when this law was confirmed for the constitution of the country, and went into effect one year after in 1920 (nineteen twenty). However your execution was problem and difficult to control.
The Prohibition became increasingly unpopular during the great depression, especially in large cities, and in 1933(nineteen thirty three),was changed, allowing the manufacture and sale of certain kinds of alcoholic beverages.
Here in Brazil, although the government to adopt the same name, the characteristics are very different we don’t have dry law here, we have a law with a clean purpose to obstruct the consumption of alcoholic beverages in determines situation for instance , to drive or in the period of election example.
We have a city call Diadema in our area, were after eleven pm the bar are ban to work and to market of alcoholic beverages avoided in this way the consumption. The objective in this case is to reduce the index of violence.
Change of national code of traffic
In the beginner of the year , have start the new law call “dry law” that ban totally the consumption of alcoholic beverages
to driver of any motor vehicle, with the objective of avoid and reduce the car accidents.
In the first moment one reduce of the accident were detect, but now this number start to raise again because the government don’t do his role, that is to control and supervision the execution of the law.
I think that we have a lot of law and don’t need to create others the government only need to control the execution of the existent law, I think that the thing will better a lot.
