I think that here in Brazil the cellular arrive twenty year old, it is fantastic you talk with other people in every place that you go.
I can remember the first telephones it is big, heavy you have to change the battery in short period of time and the price is very expensive. However the technology develop and we have now telephones more cheap and more modern.
The Brazil still give the first step in direction of other technology more advantages, the difficult isn’t only in the necessity of big investments that expend a lot of money, used in new projects to develop the system, but the return of the investments is slow and only at long term, furthermore the small number off people use the advantages, how to happen in other countries.
